1 A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact section 50-06-06.3 of the North Dakota Century Code,
2 relating to the department of health and human services maintaining a facility staff training
3 system for the providers of community-based care on behalf of individuals with developmental
4 disabilities.
5 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
6 SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Section 50-06-06.3 of the North Dakota Century Code is
7 amended and reenacted as follows:
8 50-06-06.3. Facility staff training.
9 It is the intent of the legislative assembly that the department design and
10 implementmaintain a facility staff training system in cooperation with the board of higher
11 education to assure adequate and appropriate staff development and training for the providers
12 of community-based care on behalf of individuals with developmental disabilities.
