1 A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact section 64-02-08.1 of the North Dakota Century Code,
2 relating to permit fees for registered service company and person.
3 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
4 SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Section 64-02-08.1 of the North Dakota Century Code is
5 amended and reenacted as follows:
6 64-02-08.1. Fees for registered service companies and to licensepermit and test a
7 registered service person.
8 1. Annually, each registered service company shall pay a registrationpermit fee of
9 one hundred dollars and a licensing fee of fifty dollars for each registered service
10 person.
11 2. Annually, each registered service person shall pay a permit fee of fifty dollars.
12 3. The commission may assess a registered service person testing fee not to exceed
13 twenty-five dollars per test.
