1 A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 23.1-01 of the North Dakota
2 Century Code, relating to international climate control regulations.
3 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
4 SECTION 1. A new section to chapter 23.1-01 of the North Dakota Century Code is created
5 and enacted as follows:
6 International climate control regulations.
7 A climate control-related regulation of an international organization, either directly through
8 the organization or indirectly through law, regulation, or order of the federal government, is not
9 enforceable in this state.
