1 A BILL for an Act to amend and reenact section 16.1-15-32 of the North Dakota Century Code,
2 relating to publication of election results.
3 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF NORTH DAKOTA:
4 SECTION 1. AMENDMENT. Section 16.1-15-32 of the North Dakota Century Code is
5 amended and reenacted as follows:
6 16.1-15-32. County auditor to publish returns of election-Election results.
7 The county auditor shall cause to be publishedmay publish in tabular form in the official
8 county newspaper or the official website of the county the vote by precincts for each officer and
9 each proposition voted for at any primary, special, or general election. The If published in the
10 official county newspaper, the publication must be paid for at a rate not to exceed the rate paid
11 for publishing the proceedings of the board of county commissioners.
