Senate committee substitute to the 1st edition makes the following changes.
Amends GS 131E-176 by changing the definition of rehabilitation facility to a facility that has been classified and designated as an inpatient rehabilitation facility by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services under Part 412 of Subchapter B of Chapter IV of Title 42 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
