Amends GS 115C-18 (pertaining to election for Superintendent of Public Instruction) to specify that in order to hold office the individual must have at least one year of experience either as a teacher or school administrator in the State or as member of a local board of education or the State Board of Education (Board). Makes organizational changes and creates headings to conform to those changes.
