3 DEPARTMENT EMERGENCY SIGNAL.
4 The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
5 SECTION 1. Of the funds appropriated from the Highway Fund to the Department
6 of Transportation for the 2024-2025 fiscal year, the sum of seventy-two thousand dollars
7 ($72,000) in nonrecurring funds shall be used for the installation of the North Transylvania Fire
8 Department Emergency Signal.
9 SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2024.
