3 EMPLOYMENT OUTCOME DATA WITH THE NORTH CAROLINA COMMUNITY
4 COLLEGE SYSTEM.
5 The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
6 SECTION 1. G.S. 96-4(x) is amended by adding a new subdivision to read:
7 "(7c) Nothing in this subsection shall be construed to prevent the Division from
8 sharing employment outcome data with the North Carolina Community
9 College System if the disclosure is allowed by federal law."
10 SECTION 2. This act is effective when it becomes law.
