2   AN ACT TO REMOVE MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR
3       COMMUNITY-FUNDED AND VOLUNTEER PRISON CHAPLAINS.
4   The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
5             SECTION 1. The Department of Adult Correction shall have no written or unwritten
6   policy setting mandatory minimum educational requirements for persons serving as
7   community-funded or volunteer chaplains.
8             SECTION 2. This act is effective when it becomes law.
