9 (31) Property-Hauling Vehicles. –

11 g. A fifth-wheel trailer, recreational vehicle, semitrailer, or trailer used
12 exclusively or primarily to transport vehicles in connection with
13 motorsports competition events is not a property-hauling vehicle.
