4 DENY AN APPLICATION FOR A CONCEALED HANDGUN PERMIT.
5 The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
6 SECTION 1. G.S. 14-415.12(b)(7) reads as rewritten:
7 "(7) Is or has been discharged from the Armed Forces of the United States under
8 conditions other than honorable.dishonorable conditions."
9 SECTION 2. This act is effective when it becomes law and applies to permit
10 applications submitted on or after that date.
