5 The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts:
6 SECTION 1. Pursuant to G.S. 150B-21.3(b1), the following rule, as adopted by the
7 North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission on February 24, 2022, and approved by the
8 Rules Review Commission on May 19, 2022, is disapproved:
9 15A NCAC 10D .0106 (Designated Bear Management Areas).
10 SECTION 2. This act is effective when it becomes law.
