Upon voter approval, this constitutional amendment adds to the constitution a method of selecting the board of directors of the Metropolitan Sewer District. The governing bodies of St. Louis City and St. Louis County will draw six districts of nearly equal population. One member of the board will be elected from each district. The governing bodies of the city and county will determine the length of terms for the members.
