SPONSOR: Cupps
This bill requires the Department of Transportation to obtain consent from the governing body of the local county, city, town, or village before constructing a roundabout on a Federal highway, State numbered highway, or State route. The county, city, town, or village will have 30 days to report their decision to the Department.
This bill is similar to HB 1484 (2025).
