This bill designates the "Army PFC Gary Prather Memorial Highway" on that portion of U.S. Highway 61 from CRD R7 School Road continuing north to CRD Plattin Road in Jefferson County.
The Department of Transportation will erect and maintain appropriate signs with the costs to be paid by the Department.
