This bill designates the city of Belle as the "Cowbell Capital" of Missouri.

PROPONENTS: Supporters say that Belle has possibly the largest cowbell in the world. The designation could bring attention to Belle and increase tourism for people who want to see the giant cowbell.

OPPONENTS: There was no opposition voiced to the committee.
