                                              AN ACT
   To amend chapter 8, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the display of flags
         in the state capitol.


   Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

          Section A. Chapter 8, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be
2 known as section 8.009, to read as follows:
          8.009. Members of the general assembly shall have the authority to display the
2 state, national, and POW/MIA flags outside of their office doors.
