COMMITTEE OF ORIGIN: Standing Committee on Commerce
This bill exempts from sales and use tax all sales and purchases of equipment and materials by a contractor or subcontractor for development and construction of public improvements to real property and public facilities that, under an approved development plan, will be owned by the United States government, the State, or any county, municipality, or other political subdivision of the State.
