SB 1625 - This act provides that any balance in the following funds shall not be transferred to the state general revenue fund at the end of any biennium: the Highway Patrol Academy Fund, the Crime Victims' Compensation Fund, the Boiler and Pressure Vessels Safety Fund, and the Elevator Safety Fund.
