This bill makes it unlawful to knowingly possess, prepare, sell, distribute, or advertise a 7-OH or mitragynine-derived product, as those terms are defined in the bill.
This bill also makes an exception for the possession, preparation, sale, distribution, or advertisement of such products for scientific or medical research at a research institution.
