SPONSOR: Keathley
This bill adds Cole County to the jurisdiction of the Eastern District Court of Appeals. The bill also specifies that venue for actions in which there is a count alleging a procedural defect in the enactment of a bill into law or the validity of a provision in the Missouri Constitution, a Missouri statute, or a Missouri regulation will be Cole County.
This bill is similar to SB 856 (2026).
