The Commissioner of the Office of Administration must set the terms and conditions for conveyance as is deemed reasonable.
The Attorney General must approve the form of the instrument of conveyances.
This bill is similar to SB 1523 (2026).
PROPONENTS: Supporters say that this bill would allow Northwest Missouri State University to sell this property to the potential buyer, Nodaway County Economic Development Corporation to build fairgrounds.
