AN ACT To amend chapter 10, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the state mammal.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 10, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be 2 known as section 10.283, to read as follows: 10.283. The black bear, scientifically designated as ursus americanus, is selected 2 for and shall be known as the official mammal for the state of Missouri. ✔
