HB 2782 -- RETIREMENT BENEFITS FOR CERTAIN TEACHER RETIREMENT SYSTEMS

This bill allows retirees from the St. Louis Public School Retirement System to receive a one-time supplemental payment equal to the lesser of: the gross amount of their regular pension benefit or $2,000. The supplemental payment must be payable no later than September 30, 2027.

This bill is similar to HB 1329 (2025) and HB 2469 (2024).
