HB 2829 -- ARBITRATION AGREEMENTS

This bill provides that no claim brought under Merchandising Practices, Sections 407.010, RSMo to 407.315, will be subject to arbitration unless both parties agree to arbitration in a separate written agreement.

This bill is similar to HB 983 (2025).
