This bill requires a prosecuting attorney to disclose whether the prosecuting attorney and a codefendant reached a plea agreement in which the prosecuting attorney agreed to either dismiss the codefendant's case or reduce the codefendant's charges in exchange for the codefendant's testimony against another codefendant.
This bill is similar to HB 1011 (2025).
