This bill designates the portion of State Highway 13 from Interstate 35 continuing north to U.S. Highway 136/69 in Harrison County as the "Dr Scott Hall Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation will erect and maintain appropriate signs and the costs will be paid by private donations.
