Any county imposing a sales tax pursuant to this act shall establish a senior services tax commission to administer the sales tax revenue. The commission shall consist of seven member to be appointed by the county commission, and the county commission shall determine the qualifications, terms of office, compensation, powers, duties, restrictions, procedures, and all other functions of the commission.
