This bill authorizes ivermectin tablets and hydroxychloroquine tablets to be available to the public for purchase as over-the- counter drugs in the State without the need for a prescription or a consultation with a pharmacist or other health care professional.
This bill has an emergency clause.
This bill is similar to HB 2293 (2026) and HB 1448 (2025).
