This bill prohibits retailers in this state from selling ammunition unless such retailer verifies, by means of a government-issued identification card including a photograph and the date of birth of the purchaser, that the purchaser is of a legal age to purchase the ammunition under Federal law.
This bill is similar to HB 698 (2025).
