This bill adds a circuit judge to the circuit court in St. Charles County. The additional judge will be elected in 2028 for a two-year term and then in 2030 for a six-year term. The bill also adds two associate circuit judges starting in the 2027 fiscal year. The additional judges will be elected in 2028.
