This bill requires ice cream trucks, as defined in the bill, to be equipped with certain safety devices when engaged in operation as an ice cream truck and will be known as "Felicity's Law". Every ice cream truck must have signage that states either:
(1) "Caution"; or
(2) "Watch for Children".
