This bill amends the offense of delivery of a controlled substance causing death to include when a person delivers or distributes a controlled substance knowing that the substance is mixed with another controlled substance. The provisions of this section apply to a person who commits an offense in another state that, in this state, would be the offense of delivery of a controlled substance causing death.
