Currently, limited liability companies that own or rent real property in specified political subdivisions are required to designate, by affidavit, the name and street address of a natural person with management control or responsibility for the real property.
This bill adds any county with more than one million inhabitants to that list of political subdivisions. The addition currently only applies to St. Louis County.
This bill is the same as HB 289 (2025).
