This bill repeals the current statute of limitation to bring civil actions for childhood sexual abuse and provides that a civil action for childhood sexual abuse can be brought at any time.
The bill adds any offense in Chapter 566, RSMo, to the definition of "sexual offenses" in the context of prosecutions of unlawful sexual offenses.
