This bill adds a new definition for "machine-gun conversion device", which is any device designed or intended to be used to convert a firearm into a machine gun including, but not limited to, an auto sear or Glock switch.
Currently, a person commits a Class D felony if he or she knowingly possesses, manufactures, transports, repairs, or sells certain weapons. This bill adds machine-gun conversion devices to this list of weapons.
