This bill establishes the "End Organ Harvesting Act of 2025".
The bill prohibits any health carrier or health benefit plan, including MO HealthNet, the State Children's Health Insurance Program, and any Medicaid managed care organization, from covering a human organ transplant or post-transplant care if:
(1) The transplant operation is performed in China; or
(2) The organ to be transplanted was obtained or procured by sale or donation originating in China.
This bill is similar to HB 605 (2025).
