This bill establishes the "Missouri GIS Advisory Council", within the Office of Administration. The council must consist of at least 28 members, the makeup of which is provided in the bill. Additional subject matter experts can participate in activities as non-council members. Members of the council will serve two- year terms without compensation. The council will meet at least quarterly and as otherwise required.
This bill is similar to HB 71 (2025).
