This bill authorizes any member of the General Assembly, county commissioner, or mayor of a city, town, or village who is dissatisfied with any action or decision included in the "Statewide Transportation Improvement Program" to seek review by the Administrative Hearing Commission. The process for seeking a review is specified in the bill and the procedures for the hearings and determinations are those established in Chapter 536, RSMo.
