This bill modifies definitions for the Missouri Empowerment Scholarship program to include in the definition of qualified students those students that are enrolled in a early childhood education program and allows for scholarships granted under the program to be expended for early childhood education programs at a qualified school.
This bill is similar to HB 1338 (2025).
