HB 2174 -- LIABILITY FOR FLEEING FROM AN UNLAWFUL OR RIOTOUS ASSEMBLAGE IN A MOTOR VEHICLE

Under this bill, any person attempting to flee in a motor vehicle from an unlawful or riotous assemblage cannot be held criminally or civilly liable for any death or injury that results to any participating individual, so long as the person reasonably believes any occupant of the motor vehicle is in danger and the person exercises due care at the time of the death or injury.
