This bill authorizes the conveyance of State-owned land in Cole and Nodaway Counties.
Certain land in Cole County can only be conveyed to the City of Jefferson. These land tract descriptions appear in Section 1 of the bill.
The Commissioner of the Office of Administration must set the terms and conditions for conveyance as is deemed reasonable.
The Attorney General must approve the form of the instruments of conveyance.
