SB 1206 - Current law provides for a flat $25 fee for recording certain plats of certain size, with an additional fee for additional pages. This act modifies the fee schedule by providing fees for the recording of various plats based on the size of the drawing. Additionally, the act provides for a modified fee schedule for the copying of certain plats, with the fee based on the size of the document.
