SB 1390 - This act repeals the requirement that the Governor's appointments of commissioners to the Bi-State Development Agency be selected from panels of three nominees selected by the Mayor of the City of St. Louis and the County Executive of St. Louis County. This act is identical to SB 600 (2025).
