SB 1205 - This act adds the Attorney General and staff of the Attorney General to an exception to the offense of unlawful use of a weapon.

This act is identical to a provision in SS/SB 77 (2025) and is substantially similar to a provision in SCS/HCS/HB 328 (2025).
