SB 1250 - Under this act, spousal maintenance shall terminated upon the payor reaching full retirement age, as defined in the act, unless otherwise agreed to by both parties. The payor shall provide the payee reasonable notice in advance of retirement and six months notice shall be presumed to be reasonable.
