This bill establishes the "Missouri Chemical Label Integrity Act", which requires any business that sells or manufactures a food product containing an unsafe chemical, as defined in the bill, to ensure the food product contains a warning label that meets certain requirements specified in the bill before the product reaches the ultimate consumer.
This bill is similar to HB 260 (2025).
