This bill requires the Division of Probation and Parole within the Department of Corrections to maintain a public web page containing the names of all offenders who have been found guilty of or pled guilty to murder in the second degree and have been released from the custody of the Department of Corrections and are under the supervision of the Division. The Division must update the page when an offender on the list is placed under the supervision of the Division, is released from that supervision, or relocates to this state under the Interstate Compact for adult offender supervision.
This bill is similar to HB 274 (2025).
