HB 1874 -- CAUSE OF ACTION BASED ON ALIENATION OF AFFECTION

This bill allows a person to bring a cause of action against a
third party for alienation of affection, within three years of
the last act of that third party that gave rise to the cause of
action.

This bill is the same as HB 1140 (2025).
