This bill specifies that in any city with more than 10,000 but fewer than 11,000 inhabitants and that is the county seat of a county with more than 30,000 but fewer than 35,000 inhabitants, any new structure will have the option to connect to any electrical service available to the structure.
At the time of enactment, this would apply to the city of Bolivar.
